These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ScreenHabit ("App", "Service") on iOS devices. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Provider details are in Section 16.

1. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, Valentin Totski grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use ScreenHabit on iOS devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

The App is licensed, not sold, to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Apple as third-party beneficiary. These Terms are concluded between you and Valentin Totski only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you.

2. Eligibility and Age

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. By using the App you represent that you are at least 13 years old. Users aged 13–17 must have parental or guardian consent before making any in-app purchase; Apple's "Ask to Buy" feature facilitates this consent flow on the device level.

The App is intended for personal productivity and habit-building. It is not designed exclusively for use by or with children.

3. The Service — What ScreenHabit Does

ScreenHabit is a habit-tracking application. Completing user-defined habits earns screen-time balance, which can be used to temporarily unlock selected apps on your device via Apple's Screen Time framework (FamilyControls / ManagedSettings / DeviceActivity).

Free tier: up to 3 habits.

Premium tier: unlimited habits; requires an active subscription (see Section 4).

All habit data, session history, and settings are stored exclusively on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or process any personal data at this time. A future Privacy Policy update will apply if data collection is introduced; you will be notified in advance.
